Chapel of Chains
The Chapel of Chains is an abandoned temple in the Temple District of Sigil, dedicated to the dead goddess Tiamat. It features a large crystal with what appears to be a sleeping demon encased within, and was supposedly the site of a gruesome murder. The party investigated it during Session 3: Interview with a Vampire and found some evidence that corroborates this claim.
