Arcadia

Arcadia is an Outer Plane that embodies order and harmony. The terrain is both gorgeous and varied, but is unnaturally orderly: the trees, roads, fields and so forth are all in perfect alignment with each other. Even the mountains are perfectly uniform slopes. The passage of time is also perfectly uniform: There is an orb in the sky that always shines light on exactly half of the plane. The inhabitants are varied, but most of the population actually lies in the many dwarven kingdoms that lie beneath the mountains.
