Ustobok

The dwarves that live in Ustobok helped tame a white dragon named Hrothvengar. As a result, the dwarves that live in Ustobok live relatively unbothered by the dragonkin. The dragon guards an enormous bed of copper coins and odd little pebbles, and he seems to be a bit dimwitted (even for a white dragon), since he is convinced his hoard is worth a great deal. The dwarves of Ustobok treat Hrothvengr with respect, since he provides protection to the town. Anyone that mocks the dragon will be punished by either the dwarves or Hrothvengar himself. He can cast charm person on those he feels are insufficiently awed by his wealth and status. Some of the charmed thralls stay for years, helpfully shining copper coins to a warm, red glow.
