Qaen

Qaen is the location where the Grand Bazar takes place. The purpose of the bazar is to show the great wealth and strength that the dragonkin hold. Be it their wealth through the precious items that they have accumulated in their hoards; their strength in terms of the weapon, magic, and other tools of battle that they have made or accumulated over time; or other, more mundane items that can only be found and purchased at the bazar.
