Top Floor
They find a metallic dome that appears to be a map of the world. On it Aevrela is engraved, surrounded by Fog. The continent of Shelter is also marked on the map, but no other landmasses are marked on the globe. It appears as if the globe has room for other land to be marked, but none are. Question the party asked themselves, "Was Aevrela imprisoned or protected?" Based on the books and documents the party gathered, they found that the globe and the top floor of the tower was some sort of controlled lab experiment area where they could research the Fog, the notes seem to indicate that they were able to somehow able to capture a small amount of the Fog - how exactly is a bit over the heads of the party. With that captured fog and some other enchantments the mages were able to create an artificial globe, complete with Aevrela and the Fog surrounding it. Located roughly where the tower is located on the map, is a red gem that appears to have similar properties as the one that is embedded to Millie's chest and that of other riftforged. Walter, presses such gem and from it a small red beam of light shoots across the globe, towards the Fog, but does not penetrate the Fog, it just ripples upon impact. Conclusion
The party, loaded with documents left behind from the mages that no longer reside in the tower, exits and camps directly outside and levels up (to level 3)
