Post-Ice age Earth

This Earth has suffered through an Ice Age that happened in 2021, that lasted til' 2145. Many people died through the bitter cold and the fights for food and water. But now it seems it's warming up again! Loads of country's are rebuilding themselves up again, but with a lot more problems and criminals.   Now... Since i'm from Belgium, we'll take a look at it then! So it seems people are rebuilding the whole town! Nice. But i'm kinda curious about where our main characters are gonna live... Let's check Saint-Gilles out.   A lot of people, buildings and cars... Nah. What about......... Nassogne? A lot of green.. nice houses.. Seems perfect for them! Now let's make everything worse. Okaaay.... so.. there'll be....a lot of muggers! And also... pedophiles! A lot of pedophiles! Pedophiles that move in groups from country to country! Yeah! Now, something else... Underage drinking! And underage sex! Yeah! Seems appropriate!   But still... I kinda want to do SOMETHING with Saint-Gilles... Maybe... It should be the BAD part of Belgium? Like, there'll be prostitutes, pedos, muggers, drug addicts, etc etc... Yeah, seems legit.
