The year is 2130AD...

One hundred years since a deadly virus plagued the world and nearly brought the exttinction of the human race. Civilization has crawled back from the brink and carved itself a corner of the new world, a world full of dangers, beasts, and terrors just past the treeline of the vast forests that have swept across every continent.

This world has been the only world you've ever known. You are a civilian, a hunter, a scholar, or a wanderer. You travel between cities and towns for coin or to spread your word, or perhaps you live behind great walls inside a city, protected and sheltered from the real world. You live comfortably and unconcerned as a human, or perhaps you live in fear, hiding your true powers. You sell your gifts to gain coin in exchange for facing off the dangers of the forests, or mayhaps you bury your gifts, trying to blend in and live a comfortable quiet life. The choice is yours. But you know for sure, this world you live in is vicious, dangerous, and cutthroat - wanting to kill you around every corner. How will you survive? How will you thrive?
