Hoot Hoot is an owl that used to run the postal delivery service all by herself, but now she's retired and has started learning how to knit. She likes saying "hoot hoot" and is very nice to be around. When she ran the delivery service, she was overloaded by mail and that was why she quit. Back when she delivered the mail, she liked opening the letters in hopes of finding a love letter or some money.

Hoot Hoot used to run the Pookland Postal Delivery service (PPD). She was very quick with her deliveries and sometimes opened letters to see if they were love letters for her. Instead she found a lot of money, and has gathered enough Pension to quit her job. She went to egypt to see the leaning tower of Pizza, and learned how to knit. She lacks the patience and skill to knit complicated things, so she only knits one thing: Pants. As it turns out, there is such a thing as too many pants.
