Rune of Deception

This runebound shard is a small, smooth, teardrop shaped blue stone and has been placed as the pendant in a beautiful necklace. The surface seems to swirl, almost liquid in appearance. 

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Activation: Once per encounter, as a maneuver, the bearer can activate the rune. The result of their next Deception check is two triumphs.
Implement: The bearer may add the realism effect to Mask spells with no added difficulty. While the bearer is under the effect of a Mask spell cast with this rune, decrease the difficulty of all social checks by one.
