Pleasant Valley

The world set in an earth not too unfamiliar from our own, but with just a hint of magic that makes you think that things are maybe just a little bit.... off. Magic is still unknown to most people in the world - but one must wonder why music has such a strong grasp on people if it isn't some sort of magic.   It may be just a coincidence, but we can't say for sure.   Actually - in most cases it truly is a coincidence. Magic and music rarely have to do anything with each other in this world, but that's not to say it's entirely impossible. If there’s a siren out there they may just be hiding remarkably well - or at least well enough to throw most non-magical people off of their trail.   While the stories in this world can take place just about anywhere, a hub for some of these folks dwells in the city of Pleasant Valley, found in the eastern part of North America and home to strange goings-on, it’s also a sister city to many other locations as it is well-known as a tourist destination.
