Convergence
Located at the foot of a giant spire that stretches into the sky as far as the eye can see, Convergence is the oldest settlement and has been home to The Guardians since its creation. Due to this protection and the fact it gets full sun for three days in four, the city has grown large and prosperous.
Demographics
The inner city is home to many of the rich and powerful. The poor find themselves displaced into the outer areas or to one of the towns/villages on the surrounding land.
Government
The city is run by a town council of five members that draws from the rich and powerful.
Defences
The city sits on the edge of a large bay. The access point into the bay is guarded by fearsome fortifications and siege engines.
Access over land is blocked by large walls to the left/right, and to a mile wide spire to the rear.

Industry & Trade
The economy is strongly driven by the requirements of The Guardians as so is heavily geared towards high end military equipment and ship building.
Convergence does not have a local source of wood or metal, so imports large amounts from the rest of the area.
Convergence is a net exporter of food and agricultural products.

Architecture
Most buildings are made from locally mined stone. The inner city contains may examples of fine stone work and exotic imported materials, while the outer areas of the city tend to be less fancy and contain very little decoration.
Natural Resources
Stone can be mined along the cliffs lining the edge of the bay. The ample sunlight provides perfect conditions for a strong agricultural base
