Asparla

The capital city of the Aspaxian empire, Asparla is located to the east of Aspax around 80 miles from the Festering Basin. It is the most advanced and large of any city in Aspax, and its population is almost entirely made up of powerful magic users. The Magus Empirus lives within the city, and the Quinquennial Magus Empirus tournament is held here.
