Demography and Population

Kvaskrav has a largely rural population, with many of its inhabitants working as loggers and hunters in the woodlands of the east, and as farmers in the western and Wlasnikovi plains. There is also a large population of miners in the Bolkrag mountains. Most of the population of the population of Kvaskrav is centred on the west and south, as the west has several seaports which can trade with Arkalle, Peven and other eastern nations, and the south is home to fertile fields which can support various crops such as wheat, potatoes, and barley, and also provide a suitable grazing area for animals like cows. By contrast, the north and east are barely populated, with a few clusters of settlement around Vloska and Dragvyn. Many from these territories have migrated to the west (although, with the recent discovery of orichalc in Kremensk, this may not be true for long).

Religion

The majority of the inhabitants of Kvaskrav worship Dyev in some form or another, as Kvaskrav is the homeland of Uulvirism; however, this religion is divided into numerous sects, some of which put more emphasis on other deities in the Uulvir pantheon. The vast Tvorevic sect encompasses at least a third of Kvaskrav's population, which is probably a major cause for their warlike national identity, and the number of Tvorevkan devotees is ever growing. A new subset of the sect, known as Dyevnarii, has emerged within the last forty years under the fervent leadership of Oleg Yvanyakov. This new sect is a blend of traditional Kravic Uulvirism and the more radical Tvorevism.
