The Pillars of Creation

According to ancient legends, after the Primordial Conflict, the Guardians were entrusted with sealing the two Primordial Rulers who had caused the destruction. However, this was a challenging task, and it could only be accomplished by the Delegation of Eridanus, a group of immortal beings possessing unique abilities and Stellar powers. These powers included the ability to manipulate cosmic energy, control Stellar bodies, and even alter the fabric of reality itself.
In a remarkable act of selflessness, the Constellations of Draco and Hydra stepped forward, volunteering to become the chains that would subdue the Primordial Rulers. These Constellations, with their unparalleled ability to harness power, were the most suitable for this task. The essence of the Rulers had to be suppressed as much as possible, necessitating their placement in chambers capable of entrapping and suppressing their essences. The gates to these chambers would be enchanted with the nature of the Constellations, reinforcing the seals that held them.
In a bid to complete the Seals on the Divine Gates, Ophiuchus sought the aid of the Twelve Zodiac Constellations. He crafted two keys from the essence of the Twelve, entrusting them to Metatron and Lucifer. These keys, imbued with the power of the Zodiac, were to be used by the recipients to reinforce the Seals should they ever weaken. Thus, Metatron and Lucifer were named the Wardens of the Divine Gates, a title that carried immense responsibility and power.
The Constellation of the Serpents was also called upon to help in the sealing process. Unukalhai of Caput and Alya of Cauda answered the call. Even though the Serpents were not particularly powerful, they served as a means of communication with Draco and Hydra. This communication was unique, as it was conducted through a complex system of Stellar vibrations and intuitive understanding. Unukalhai and Alya were the first Conduits to be created. Unukalhai was named Alphard, Keeper of Hydra, and Alya was named Etamin, Keeper of Draco.
Before Eridanus went to rest, he gave Ophiuchus his brightest star, Achernar, so that he could draw from its power if needed and call upon him if the Rulers were ever set free. After everything was put in place, Metatron and Lucifer returned to their respective Realms, ethereal domains of light and darkness, each with its unique inhabitants and landscapes. Ophiuchus, with Unukalhai and Alya, remained in Peveldra to keep watch over Creation. They became the Pillars that held Creation in place, ensuring that the Rulers remained sealed and that the realms were kept safe from their destructive powers.
