Lady Alicine of House Hansilion

Lady Alicine is the driving force behind the United Council of Speaking Peoples, a coalition that might just make the difference in protecting the barrier that keeps the outer planes at bay.
She has taken to influence and nobility with speed and aptitude, beginning to be involved in the affairs of state even from a young age. She is popular with the people, largely because of her earnest care for them. Her popularity lends her sway with the Regency, a position which has not gone unnoticed. When the Regent's intelligence gatherers first caught wind of the deterioration of the Anchor in the Eastern Settlements, it was Lady Alicine that they went to. They felt that she would have the appropriate connections both inside and outside the Extended Dominion, and she had the passion for the people that would allow her to convince the leaders of the nations to come together to combat this threat.
Her campaign for unity was not easy, but she knew the objections each race would have. She knew what she'd have to say to convince the Dwarves that shouldn't just dig in and convince the Elves they shouldn't just leave for the Feywild. She had to convince the Gnomes that they would be needed at the council table, and convince the people of the Eastern Settlements that it wasn't all just a ploy to install a foreign army amongst their towns.
With the Council now in session - who knows what impact she'll have...
