Persona TTRPG Okutori

Welcome to Okutori, a town of two halves. During the bright light of day, it's a bustling metropolis brimming with life and a telltale buzz. <more intro needed>   However, at night, it shows a different side to itself. The shadows move and occasionally people disappear, never to be heard of again. In recent months this has only grown worse leaving an oppresive feeling across town. Children no longer play late at the park and suspicious eyes look out from behind twitching curtains.   Against this backdrop you need to keep up with your schoolwork, forge lasting friendships and build your own mental fortitude; for you are a Persona user and one of the few capable of holding the shadows at bay.
