This unusual woman enforces some rules that relate to magic artifacts, and is surprisingly knowledgeable about magic and Kali. She seems to like speaking with the party, and has given them various items, including a portable building, some adventuring supplies, three child-proof bags of holding, and a stone that lets you send a message to her.
