Sentient Beings

Basically every playable race exists to some extent in Perlin. Members of the the more exotic ones are mostly from the city of Kalu, and can be quite rare.
Various myths describe the existence of metallic dragons that have never been seen on Perlin, such as bismuth dragons, mythril dragons, adamantine dragons, and zinc dragons. These myths also describe races that have never been seen on Perlin, such as plasmoids.
