Hampin

A single island out to the sea that trains the Naval Guard for the jewelled as well as containing spaces for inventors and innovators of skyships, pirates, privateers and faction members will often visit independent traders in the town for materials or upgrades that take time and money but are absolutely worth it. Something needed for skyships going to and from the mainlands.   The Jewelled Fort: On one side of Hampin is a fortress belonging to the jewelled where they carry out their daily duties as well as offering protection to Hampin, a base for new guards to train (and so many Hampin families send their children yet to find a trade to work with the jewelled due to the proximity) this fortress acts as a navel centre for the jewelled as they continue pursue dominance in that area and invest to one day overtake the kingfisher factions as the chosen naval and sky defence.   Hampin City: A land of those going through, those making a living, inventors and the occassional raiders. The city is built for those that wish to support the skyships and naval ships of the world and acts as one of the finest centres, barring the jewelled lands, for upgrades and materials for skyships. Variety of races that go through the town from a variety of backgrounds and factions though the towns inhabitants themselves are primarily dwarven smiths and gnomish tinkerers.

Government

Ran by the Jewelled and so it is military in its formality and following of rules... not exactly known for being a fun holiday spot.

Defences

wartowers, sniper dens and their position as an isolated island makes them very well defended despite the obvious drawbacks of being cut off from civilisation.

Industry & Trade

Acts as a training spot for the Jewelled.

Infrastructure

Modern and well made due to it's investments by the rulers of Peridot and also has a large amount of runic energy technology.

Assets

Large assets in terms of armour, weaponry and warships. Due to the high number of soldiers there are few who are stupid or brave enough to attempt breaking into the base and robbing it. It also has many required goods for survival and so is built to also withstand a siege attempt.
Type
Military, Camp
Population
Mainly the jewelled as it is a spot for training and less trade but it is also a good spot for naval trade.
Inhabitant Demonym
Majority humans but that is due more to the fact that the jewelled mostly employ humans for their faction
