Dawn and her Breakers

The pet project of Dawn Noble, a large stockholder of Horizon Tactical. She is a favorite of many, and many have suggested her to be the next CEO, causing a slight division in the leadership. She is a sharp woman, but has made no sign that she recognizes the power her popularity gives her.
Her Breakers are outfitted with the latest and greatest in 'Rigs. They are famous for two things: -Their riot shields, styled like medieval tower shields, emblazoned with a logo of a sun high in the sky -Dawn's 'rig, which wields a large Morningstar, used to dent 'Rigs and destroy doorways and buildings, thus the title "Breaker".
