Pelego

Pelego is a Vast Ocean full of numerous Islands, surrounded on all sides by Frozen Ice Sheets. In the center, a Giant constant storm, known as The Maelstrom radiates power and serves as a reminder of the past...   The Primary means of Commerce and travel is by ship, With the largest Islands hosting many different divergent races in powerful trading cities, while smaller islands host communes of various races, most just trying to avoid being the target of other groups.   History and Culture are dominated by one of the few things everyone has in common. The Subjugation of the Cabal. Until only a few decades ago, the Cabal had held control on every major Island with only a few pockets of resistance, using their Blood Stones to sap the power of their enemies and claim it as their own. But that power would come to destroy them, leaving a vacuum of power and leadership in it's absence. Their leadership vanished, leaving disconnected and unsupported garrisons which quickly fell to pieces.   Now, Many have rebuilt and started working on new methods of self rule, free of their previous overlords.
