Drakken Belarrak

Appearance

His head is that of a dragon with yellow eyes and skin made-up of red scales, he stands 190cm tall and boast a muscular build. His armor doesn't leave his body unless necessary, along with his longsword on his left and a battleaxe on his right.

Personality

He is very aggressive against threats, but laxed against those who he deems not a threat. Has a soft spot for children with similar past as his.

Goal

To protect the village of Ethiss and do whatever it takes to prepare for the upcoming dragon invasion

History

Drakken was born on the continent called Drados and Fathered by the red dragon Mendoc. Mendoc didn't care for Drakken all any of his children. Drakken spent his early life in waring conflict as the Chromatic Dragons were attack the territory of the Mono-Chromatic Dragons, during this time the only thing he knew was war. After the chromatic-dragons drove off the remaining mono-chromatic Dragons, 2 years after Mendoc leading a small invasion force of dragonborn, 20 dragons along with Drakken to purse them. After 48 years of chasing they finally found the remaining dragons invaded them. This event is known as "The Day of Fallen Stars" Drakken and his group were the first to touch land and upon seeing the island something clicked in him. He saw a peaceful village of dragonborn smiling and happily chatting as they went about their day. In his mind who saw nothing but violence thought to himself, "I would like to know what that feels like". He and the others in his invasion party had similar thoughts, so Drakken went to the village and told them of that he was task to do, as well as warn them of the rest of the invasion. Ognisk a golden dragon and the leader of the village rallied the remaining metallic dragons for the upcoming conflict. Ognisk and the dragons took to the skies to meet Mendoc and his dragons in combat, Drakken and his party along with the villages confronted the dragonborn invasion force on the coast. The skies lit up with burst of flames and the crackles of lightning, where as on the ground the battle cries on men and the sight of steel cutting through scales. Blood stained the yellow sand of the beach and bled into the ocean, after 6 hours of cranage the water become a deep red. Mondhoc retreated with what remained and swore, " Ognisk i swear when you see me ill destroy everything you hold dear and turn these lands to embers. After the battle Drakken stands before Ognisk to deicide his fate. Ognisk understand Drakkens's history and action gives mercy to him and his party, he deicides that for them to stay here he will personally oversee their transition. This took 5 years and afterwards received Ognisk's blessing and told that they are free to do as they will, as long as they don't cause trouble. Drakken and a hand full of dragonborn leave the island "Drados" and head to the mainland to establish a settlement. After a long search they find a suitable location out the the way of the local, but quick find out that it is own by the Elves as the stubble into their settlement. The elf scouts as for the leader to accompany them to the capital of meet with the elven high council. Upon arriving to Inyvathalas after a two week travel, Drakken saw the city was built into the mountains and large white quartz pillars supporting the foundation. On his way to the council he got nervous glance from the public as they have never seen anything like him before. At the council they were discussing amongst themselves as Drakken resembled something they call a Levakin. Drakken pleads his case that they want to establish a village close to the coast out of the way of the locals. A member asks Drakken for his reasoning, and replies that they have know where else to go. After much debate between the council members they agree under a condition, once a decade a representative of the village is to meet the council and inform them of their future plans and their current status. For 170 years Drakken and the dragonborn establish the village Ethiss, Drakken seeing himself not fit to run a village stepped down from the position and now acts a combat trainer. This is all preparation for the upcoming invasion by his father Mondoc. Due to him being 220 years old and out lived the first generation the village sees him as the unofficial elder. During this time Ethiss was attack by a small army of Levakin, they charged into the village and attemped to takes hostages. Drakken was quick to the seen and cut down any hostiles in front of him as the other began to do battle. A small battle ensued, however the Levakin began to released the we weren't locals and decided to retreat and leave. In the year 2200 Ethiss is visited by Elvis scout say that the high council requests Drakken's presents. They ask him for favor, to go to the land of Hudour and retrieve "The Orb of Solis" from the humans. Drakken accepts the request, but ask in return when Ethiss request for military support for the upcoming dragon invasion that they will accept. They agree to these terms and inform him that they have a few contacts and will meet them at Tadun.
