Second ability boost dependent on the Heritage chosen
Free
Duration 1 minute
Your bestial traits become more pronounced, causing you to grow claws or fangs, elongated limbs, coarse fur, or some other manifestation of your shifter heritage. You gain the benefits of your shifter heritage trait. As long as this effect is active, you may not activate it again and you cannot end it early.
Special This ability may be used as a free action if activated as part of a Rage action or when casting Wild Morph with Wild Shape as long as the triggering ability does not have the same effect. If activated in this manner, it loses the concentrate trait.
You hear the sounds of some animals as language. Pick a general group of animals (vermin, birds, cats, etc) that you can associate with your Shifting trait. You can ask questions of, receive answers from, and use the Diplomacy skill with your chosen group of animals (the GM determines which animals count as part of your group).
Whether through necessity or softer, more mundane physical features, you are adept at hiding your shifter nature. You gain the trained proficiency rank in Deception (or another skill of your choice, if you were already trained in Deception). Choose Elf, Half-Elf, or Human ancestries. While not manifesting your shifter heritage trait, you gain a +4 circumstance bonus to Impersonate checks to pretend you are a member of the chosen ancestry. Observers are never granted circumstance bonuses to Perception checks due to you Impersonating a member of the chosen ancestry, and you never take circumstance penalties due to you Impersonating a member of the chosen ancestry.
Special You can take this feat only at 1st level, and you can’t retrain out of this feat or into this feat.
Shifters live very physically active lives while learning about the wilderness around them. You gain the trained proficiency rank in Athletics and Survival. If you would automatically become trained in one of those skills (from your background or class, for example), you instead become trained in a skill of your choice. You also become trained in Shifter Lore.
Prerequisites Beasthide Shifter Heritage
You are considered an extremely robust example of your heritage. Your bulk limit increases by 2.
Requirements You are adjacent to at least one enemy
Prerequisites Swiftstride Shifter Heritage
You Stride up to your Speed, with a +5-foot status bonus to your Speed, and you gain a +2 circumstance bonus to AC against reactions triggered by this movement. You must end this movement in a space that’s not adjacent to any enemy.

Shifter Heritages
Beasthide
Stoic and solid, a beasthide shifter draws strength and stability from the beast within. Beasthide shifters are typically tied to the bear or the boar, but this subrace could embody any creature known for its toughness. As a beasthide shifter, your Strength increases by 2 and you gain 10 hit points from your ancestry instead of 8. In addition, while shifted you gain a +2 circumstance bonus to Shove and Trip attempts that you make.Longtooth
Longtooth shifters are fierce and aggressive, but they form deep bonds with their friends. Many longtooth shifters have canine traits that become more pronounced as they shift, but they might instead draw on tigers, hyenas, or other predators. As a longtooth shifter, your Strength increases by 2. In addition, while shifted you gain a bite unarmed attack that deals 1d6 piercing damage. This attack is in the brawling group and has the agile, finesse, and unarmed traits.Swiftstride
Swiftstride shifters are graceful and quick. Typically feline in nature, swiftstride shifters are often aloof and difficult to pin down physically or socially. As a swiftstride shifter, your Dexterity increase by 2. In addition, while shifted your speed increases by 5 feet and you ignore difficult terrain from undergrowth, and greater difficult terrain from undergrowth is only difficult terrain for you.Wildhunt
Wildhunt shifters are sharp and insightful. Many are constantly alert, ever wary for possible threats. Others focus on their intuition, searching within. Wildhunt shifters are excellent hunters, and they also tend to become the spiritual leaders of shifter communities. As a wildhunt shifter, your Wisdom increases by 2. In addition, while shifted you gain a +2 circumstance bonus to the Track action/activity and you manifest Scent (imprecise) 30 feet. This means you can use your sense of smell to determine a creature’s location, as explained on page 465 of the Core Rulebook. The GM will usually double the range if you’re downwind from the creature or halve the range if you’re upwind. In addition, you gain a +2 circumstance bonus to Perception checks to Seek a creature or object within the range of your scent.Shifter Ancestry Feats
