The Western continent

The Western Continent is the Western landmass that connects the Northern Polar region with the southern polar region. It is located in the West, and is dominated by the nation of Pegroniax. Its geography is dominated by semi-arid desert, though much of it is punctuated by minor settlements. There do however exist small pockets of tropical jungle. The northern part of the Western continent is known for being quite frigid, while the southern part is generally warm.

Geography

The Western Continent is mainly semi-arid desert, but there do exist pockets of tropical jungles and human settlements.

Fauna & Flora

Most of the Western continent is barren, semi-arid, desert mainly devoid of creatures except in the shade. Snakes and geckos seem to be common, though no study has conclusively proven this.

Natural Resources

The deserts of the Western Continent provide much of the sand for the entire world. Historically, Pegroniax grew rich from the trading of sand for water.
