France shall be an indivisible, secular, democratic, numeric and social Republic. It shall ensure the equality of all citizens before the law, without distinction of origin, genre or religion. Willingness to Change
The sixth republic ended with large and numerous protests. The people wanted a change of republic and a change of president. The constitution of 2093 is largely inspired by the one of 2045, legally there is very little difference between the two. At the time of the drafting of the constitution, many jurists and political opponents warned about this "second version" of the 2045 constitution but the popular jubilation towards Juliette, a president of the people, stifled the opposition.Marianne and Cyberdemocracy
The constitution integrates the artificial intelligence Marianne as the center of the legislative power. For each proposed law, she selects the citizens who will debate and vote. Marianne chooses a representative sample of citizens according to the subject of the law proposal. In the case of a law that concerns less than 50% of the population, the distribution between the different citizens is :- 40 % of citizen directly concerned by the law.
- 40 % of citizen not directly concerned by the law.
- 20 % of high administrative of the state (scientist, lawyer, economist, accountant).
