Special abilities

Hal has a naturally strong magic affinity, even without infused items or other meddling. Her power manifests as incredibly hot fire, which she can summon at will. Instead of being drained when she uses her power, it energizes her, which is what makes it so dangerous--after a certain point, she loses control.

Personal history

Hallow served in the army for years, until she was the cause of an incident in 2123 which no survivors are willing to speak of. While there are a lot of rumors floating around, all anyone knows for certain is that it involved a lot of burning. She was discharged from the army after that.

The government understood that Hallow was a valuable fighter and a good commander, but they couldn't in good faith hire her back into the army, so nowadays she manages files and oversees hunters for the bounty hunter program, assisting with hunts when the target is too powerful for anyone else to take down. She gets to work again, and in return the government turns a blind eye to her...less than legal contacts she uses for many of her hunts. In the years following her dischargement before the hunter program was formed, Hallow developed a network of contacts and relationships in the underground, becoming infamous among criminals as well as soldiers.
