Putokar (Poot-oh-car)

Putokar, meaning gift feast in Rhymenian, is a rune that when used, it summons food out of thin air. The person who uses the rune cannot eat any of the food from the rune, as it is a gift for others to enjoy. If the user of the rune tries to eat or touch any of the food, it will result in a punishment, such as losing a finger, toe, or an eye. Once used, the rune will stop working for a day to let the magic in the rune recharge for another use.

Effect

The rune will summon a table with a feast laid out on it for everyone to enjoy. The person who used the rune will suffer if he/she tries to touch or eat from the table, as it is a gift designed for others to enjoy.

Side/Secondary Effects

The person who uses it will lose a finger or toe if he/she tries to eat from the table, as it is a gift for others to enjoy. If the user is extremely greedy and tries to eat the finger, the worst punishment the user will recieve is an entire limb.

Manifestation

There is a blinding flash of light that temporarily blinds people, but the blindness is temporary and when the flash is gone, there is a feast set out before the user.

Source

The magic supposedly comes from the magic inside the symbol etched into the rune. The magic is sourced from a god of nature.

Discovery

Not long after Ronan had created humans, he showed the humans how to use this rune. It was the first rune ever created or source of magic.
