Iaa Rhymenia is a document written by the governments in the universal tongue. It was a peace treaty between the countries that were fighting for Rhymenia. The document is so valuable, it is in a heavily guarded archive in Arkona. Only certain government authorities such as the Majitir or king or governor can access the document. The government authority must have a warrent signed in order to even touch or look at the document.

"We 3 rulers hereby agree to settle peace among us. There has been a massive and bloody conflict lasting for 500 years, and we cannot agree on anything. We have come to agree that the country of Rhymenia should remain unruled and untouched, unless something drastic happens that will allow the country to be ruled. This document will seal this agreement, and if anyone who signs fails to uphold the agreement, that ruler will be removed from the throne. Mighty and wise Ronan would not want us to remain in war, but to remain in peace and harmony with one another."
