Hypro (high-pro)

Hypro gives its user the ability to mind control any living creature. In order to be able to mind control someone, the user must be able to speak the ancient tongue and tell the rune what to make someone do. Very few people know the ancient tongue, making the rune especially hard to use.

Effect

The rune will make the user be able to control one person of his/her choice. The rune will require knowledge of the ancient tongue (a dead language). The instructions on what to make the person being controlled do must be very specific and very clear.

Side/Secondary Effects

The rune is very draining, and will make you feel exhausted for a bit, and requires rest after usage. The rune requires time to recharge, making the uses very minimal and very rare.

There are no changes in the environment.

Discovery

The rune was tought to humans (like many other runes) by Ronan. Only priests and kings were tought the rune, but later the rune was tought to other people.
