Corjian (core-jin)

Corjians are dangerous monsters that look to be made out of stone. They are massive, and often have orange, blue, or green crystals growing on their shoulders, neck or legs. They are known to attack humans, and eat deer, bears, and other creatures. Their eyesight is poor, and can smell creatures from miles away. They are nocturnal, and live in caves, and come out at night to hunt for food. They often are found in more mountainous, rocky islands.

Basic Information

Anatomy

They are shaped roughly like humans and are extremely bulky and tough. They look to be made out of stone (Because they are) and have crystals growing off of them.

Genetics and Reproduction

When a male and female fuse their crystals together, after about 5 minutes of fusion, eventually, a baby will start to crawl out of the females belly.

Growth Rate & Stages

As a baby, the Corjian will look like a tiny duplicate of it's parents. As the Corjian grows up into its teen stage, and it will look very different from its parent, and when it finally reaches its adult stage, it will look like a unique and new Corjian.

Ecology and Habitats

They live in caves or volcanic areas. Sometimes they live in jungles, but it is very rare.

Dietary Needs and Habits

They live off of deer, birds, or other animals, and humans.

Biological Cycle

When it is winter, the magma flowing through the Corjians will start to become hot to keep the Corjian from dying of cold. In summer, the magma will cool off but still be in it's liquid form.

Behaviour

They are naturally hostile creatures and try to kill any living creature for food.

Additional Information

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

They have extremely poor eyesight but extremely good hearing and can 'feel' other life forms nearby.

Conservation Status

They are not even close to extinct.
