There is a condition in this world that can only be resolved by Dream Readers. Those plagued with extreme fatigue and strange dreams are one's who have overused their magic in a very short amount of time. Dream Readers are people with magic tied to the Earth. In this world, those connected through rocks or vegetation are more adept at interpreting dreams.
Now, for those in need of a Dream Reader often travel to Likari and request a faster remedy from the Cathedral. Being cured by the priests at the Cathedral may have a higher cost due to sacrificing a potion of magic that can not be recovered, it is substantially faster and requires no work on the person.
Those who decide to go to a Dream Reader have a lot of work ahead of them, but usually, by the end, they become more in tune with their magic. 
As for interpreting the dreams, that is purely on the Dream Reader. The first thing they ask if there are any symbols that are frequently present in all dreams. This repeated object is the first clue and it is tied to one of the seven gods. Once the god is determined, the Dream Reader attempts to determine what the god wished of the person. For example, if the person is frequently in the forest the dreams are caused by the Elf god. If, while in the forest, the person is constantly trying to find the exit, it means the person needs to leave something in their life. Further readings will tell the person specifically they must leave but it is usually the city they are currently living in.
Another example is dreams of fire. If fire is present, it means the Pheonix is the god making a request. Rivers are connected to the Kelpie. The Kelpie has the clearest meaning as they are the god connected with changing oneself so all of their requests is for the person to change something inside them.
