The Unforgiven is a disease that has started to spread rapidly though the high populations in the southern area's of the realm. It causes people to become abnormally strong and resilient but causes them to become extra violent.

the disease spreads through bodily fluids like saliva and blood.

Causes

People don't know what began the fungal infection but the king wants to stop the spread as much as soon as he can.

Symptoms

Blood from the eyes and nose. Excess amount of saliva, turns them a sickly white almost like albino. become extra strong and starts to have growths beneath the skin.

Treatment

There is no treatment yet but the king is trying to find the cure quickly.

Prognosis

The illness breaks down the host over a long period of time but once it gets to a certain point the host dies.

The disease is fungal in nature but nobody knows what plant the disease started from.

Prevention

The best way of preventing the disease is to stay clear of anyone infected but if near the victims don't transmit any fluids.

The condition moves though heavily populated areas like wildfire. The excess amount of saliva and bleeding cause the transmission to sky rocket.

Cultural Reception

People that don't have the condition look down on the ones with the disease and they focus them to move into makeshift camps for people with the illness. There are even witch hunts for people that might not have the disease.
