Basically just showed up in Köln two years ago with no sire, no status, no nothing... and then promptly started stalking a very unfortunate human man.
This unfortunate man very quickly became his raison d'être, as it were. He has yet to actually talk to this man, but he knows a lot about him. Where he lives, his behavioral patterns, where he works, what stores he frequents, his hobbies and his interests. He knows who his acquaintances and members of his family are, he knows how often they interact and the standard deviation of days between visits of all of them.
Josef is pretty worried that this man is going to get married soon, his parents have been pressuring him the last few years and surely there are women who notice how attractive he is. What if he becomes a soldier, how is he supposed to keep a watchful eye on him then?
He has spent an inordinate amount of time securing the domain, ghouling key figures in both the criminal underworld and the police force, spreading his influence.

With everything that's been going down, a new presence in the back of my mind, becoming the sheriff's bitch- i need to sit down and process the last nights.
Now that I've been given a new domain, and the death of Claus Mann has been publicly pinned on me, I need to be extra aware of the going-ons in my new territory. I can not have a new burglar.
In addition to that I have redoubled my efforts to take my powers of obfuscation to the next level.

I've been taking my time calming down. Mentally exhausted from everything that's been going on.
Been continuing to watch over my resources, since people encroached on my territory last month, I'm going to continue doing that.
I've spent some time training in order to take my skills in obfuscation to the next level.

Instructed my underworld ghouls to place Susanne Denzel under observation. I need to know if she maintains any correspondence with Maximilian, I need to know the true intentions behind the way she signed her letter. I need to know everything about her. Toreadors are finicky by their very nature, there are no reasons to believe that Katarina telling her to stay away from him will actually make her stay away.
I'm also paying close attention to my people in the police and the underworld, fearing an Anarch incursion. I will block any anarch attempt to build influence.
My most trusted retainers have produced a list of hospital personnel that make for key ghouling targets in order to spread my influence throughout the health care system. I plan to make it so that fewer men in the city proper will be declared fit for duty, and more from outside the city. This will make the war less terrible to live through for us in the city.
