Horrible Scars
Symptoms
In addition to the effects of Painful Scars, you have scarring to the extent that the it can't be easily concealed. You have disadvantage on Charisma checks.
Painful Scars - You have scars, which get painful whenever it rains, sleets, hails, or snows. Whenever you attempt an action in combat and your scar is giving you pain, you must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, you lose your action and can't use reactions until the start of your next turn.
Treatment
Magical healing of 6th level or higher, removes the acid burn scars.
