Goblin Chainwhirler

The hundreds of tribes of goblin which litter Dominaria have always been known best for three things: recklessness, inventiveness, and a lack of common sense. It's perhaps unsurprising then that their best warriors always happen to combine these three traits perfectly, often in the form of the chainwhirler.   Can't Stop, Won't Stop Goblin chainwhirlers are best known for being a plague on every battlefield that soldiers have the misfortune to encounter them on. Wild and careless, a goblin chainwhirler moves among armies like a spinning top, uncontrollable and unstoppable, except by someone with a very long stick. The strongest and only battle technique of a chainwhirler is to begin spinning their spiked flails as quickly as possible, then dash around the battlefield without stopping, bashing and cutting the whole way through.   A Bane Upon Foot Soldiers What the goblin chainwhirler lacks in intelligence, reasoning, and general strategy, they make up for with just how darned effective they are in combat. Nimbly running and bouncing around, chainwhirlers are always the first soldiers that goblin tribes send out, whether in an invasion or in the defense of their homes, and most goblins refuse to set food onto the field until all the chainwhirlers are either unconscious or dead. Normally goblins present danger in the form of overwhelming numbers, but the advent of the chainwhirler has meant that goblins can now take out large swaths of enemies with only a single warrior, before then sweeping in with their numerous other fighters. While an effective counter-solution to the chainwhirler is likely to be developed soon, until then, these buggers are a thing to watch out for.
