The Nazmere Mountain Range

The Nazmere Mountain Range is home to large strip mines, trade guilds and private operators work along the jagged mountains towards a common goal of iron or coal mining. The products they produce are common, but iron is a metal that can be bolstered in various types of steel, which is where it procurs its most value. Guard towers and common patrols move through the moutainside roads, protecting workers from the creatures that stalk through the outcroppings. Rumors commonly return to Hildvik of monsters, wild cats the size of wagons being sighted, creatures burrowing the dirt and even the occasional drow patrol.
