Magic items are kept behind an illusory wall and sold in the back of the shop.

As Max and Ariel walk in the door, they are greeted by a room filled with oddities and highly specific items, including fish bowl backpacks.
A beautiful elf woman bounces out from behind the counter and rushes to hug Ariel.
"Ariel deeeear! How are you how are you! Oh my gods, is this the man, the myth, the legend himself? The boy who has stolen your heart that I've heard so much about?"
She turns to inspect Max and holds him by the shoulders, then draws him in for a hug.
Max tenses up at the contact for a second and then relaxes and returns the embrace blushing from the string of compliments.
"The pleasure is all mine! Thank you for picking up where I left of with her instruction, not that it was much of a start. She is a excellent study though."
Max casts a quick smile to Ariel then looks around the shop.
"How long have you had this shop for? There is so much, I don't even know where to start."
"Oh, I've had this shop since loooong before you were born," Y'vella chuckles. "But Delilah told me why you're here. You'll need to visit the back for that, my dear."
