Macuahuitl

A rock-bladed weapon, great for cleaving enemies. It is considered one of the strongest natural weapons in Emerl Jungle

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The two pieces of the macuahuitl are their serrated edges and their flat wooden body. Its edges can easily tear apart flesh and break swords. Some can even decapitate a beast with one swing if needed. The other is the wood flat enough to not cause any serious damage. If such a move were to be cast by the wood, the blade glows in its attacks

History

The macuahuitl is a weapon used by an ancient civilization traditionally made of wood and rock. It is usually carried around by priests in Emerl Jungle for sacrificial offerings, knightings, and celebrations. It is used in combat as a choice pick for those of a high rank. Copies are made outside the jungle with wrought iron replacing the nature of the wood.
