The Lancer of the Trench

Neptune Blum is a Merfolk on the outskirts of Polu. You know, the Ocean? He is a deep merman, taking more of the form of an anglerfish and looking worse for wear. When the island cropped up, he notices it was placed where his childhood home was.

Appearance

Blum is a blue fish-like creature with scales, fins, and sharp elongated teeth. A little lick of "hair" is always out, shining an eerie glow that attracts the incorporeal. His fingers are long and webbed like green paste.

Personality

Blum has a personality and smile that make termites feel unwelcome. He eats souls, as merfolks do. It doesn't matter if it's roaming around the world or currently occupied in a body.
