Lyath Belanore

Population: 10,500 (Mostly elf, some human)
Religions: Gor, Cyne .   Lyath Belanore is built on the edge of a dense forest region in the southern tip of Vina. It was constructed as part of Gor's gift to Ortus - created as the home of the elves. Most of the buildings are constructed from living trees.   Lyath Belanore is governed by the Archdruid Aragwen Oakdream.

People

The Ela'Cyne, or children of Cyne, are the elves of Lyath Belanore. These wood elves settled in the southern point of Vina, and quickly discovered the Cyne, Demigod of Forests. Together they built a civilization dedicated to cultivating the flora of Ortus.

Veridian Order

The Veridian Order is comprised of elven warriors, trained to move like wolves through the trees of southern Vina. They always move in packs, silently, but ready to strike if need.   Their leader, Ernas, is fair if not slightly militaristic in his ways.

The Whispering Forests

Quiet forests that are uninhabited north of the Hills. These dense woods are said to have trees that whisper to one another when the wind is still. To get to the civilized area of the Lyath Belanore, you must pass through the Whispering Forests.

Desolate Shores

On the west coast of the Hills lies the Desolate Shores that rest on the Sea of Bones. True to it's name, the Desolate Shoes are empty – rocky beaches covered in the bones of those who fought in the great war.
