The village of mudrest is nestled on the eastern shore of the great lake of Kingseat. The road runs north to Kingseat or the East road to Wolfsmere and the Eastern Shore. South the road splits again, Southeast the Port road winds down on the edge of the Oakwood and the rolling heath to Rousport. Or south west along the shore lower kings lake and across the South Veld to Woodsgate. It is a bustling agricultural village, as all southern traffic heading for the capital must pass through. Often weary travellers and traders will spend the night here before heading in to the costly districts of the capital, in turn a few unlawful enterprises have set up business here for the those with an edgier taste for life.
