Shadhavar

When the elves embarked on the Wayward March, It was Shadhavar, god of the desert and music that brought them salvation. Taking the form of a stag with horns that branch out like a tree. These horns are said to be hollow, and when wind passes through them music can be heard for miles around. Shadhavar is known to appear to those lost in the dunes, and lead them to safety. There is much mystery surrounding the beast, for in old texts his motives are never truly explained.

When the leader of the Wayward march was about to lose hope of salvation and dreams of a new home far from the unforgiving desert were fleeting, The music of Shadhavar rang out in the distance. Following it, The leader came across the great stag, glistening in starlight. Beside it was an oasis, and on the surrounding soil the pilgrims built the first city of the Gilded Coast and named it after the god that had saved them.
