"The wealthiest city in Norvo"

Estalamanco is the northern most city in Norvo, and serves as the gate between Orsbir and the Trade Coast. As it stands, it is through Estalamanco that most imported goods from the trade coast make their way south. Situated in the upper highlands of Norvo, the city is renowned throughout the province for it's splendid views and diverse locales. Being the closest to the Norvian homeland, Estalamanco's design strongly resembles the marbled look made famous by the architects of Pelor.
The Immediate area surrounding Estalamanco is rocky and mountainous. Most of the stone keeps its pale white hue that is common around most of Coast, and this stone is used to make the plaster that covers the beautiful white towers that fill the city. This contrasts greatly with the sparse vegetation that flows to the Arborizado jungle to the west.
The first Bishop Farcel Amanciatto is the appointed ruler of Estalamanco, and he is the most trusted bishop of the Pope. He is well known for his kind yet stern attitude, and has always taken a personal interest in business. Some have gone as far as to say he is a prodigy when it comes to making good financial decisions. More still talk about the charitable things he does with the money granted by such decisions, including the construction of many school houses in town, and food shelters for those in need. It is well known that he is intending on pushing these facilities to the other cities within Norvo to aid in relieving native people of the financial and cultural problems caused by the sudden colonization. This however has been met with unwillingness by the other bishops, making the continuation of the project difficult. He also supervises the import of northern goods, and through his guiding hand tobacco has been introduced to Orsbir.

The Arborizado has been monumental to the rise of Estalamanco, with it's near indefinite resources readily available for any who seek them. The most influential resource is the bark of the Ar'bohr tree. The bark itself is incredibly water resistant and is formed with many grooves, making it perfect for fire wood, even during the tropical storms that frequent the area. It is also used in the construction of many homes and facilities, and is commonly traded to other cities that have no natural forests to take from. The Ar'bohr tree can be found anywhere in the jungle, even at the tree line, making it an easy resource to farm. This is the true blessing however, as it is said that many dangerous creatures reside within the thick canopy of trees, staying far out of the sight of civilization. Many stories tell of loud roars heard from deep in within the jungle during thunderstorms, and that alone is enough to keep the common folk out.
