Atohs

The island city of Atohs consists of many homes and buildings carved out of the cliffside of an incredibly large sea stack located directly off of the Gilded Coast. The rock formation is in itself an ecosystem, with sea life clinging to the stone docks and steep staircases that lead up to the city. 
Atohs itself is a multi layered city that makes use of the natural erosion to carve houses out from the rock, giving the entire residency a primeval look. It is said that the island was originally crafted by the Dwarvenfolk of Dorgata, which would explain the beautifully sculpted rock. While you might think that a city of rock would be harsh, every edge has been smoothed to perfection, giving the whole city a grey and sleek look.    
Nakula-Khan is the pharaoh of Atohs, and wears the silver cowl of a falcon with emerald and ruby eyes. He looks towards magus for prophecy and guidance, and often frequents the Prophetic Gardens to seek council with the oracle there.

Atop the great sea stack and beyond the city's boundaries lie the prophetic gardens. An ecosystem of rock, flora, and fauna stands above the crashing waves, offering many people true seclusion. One such mortal who resides here is the Oracle, a woman who is said to have great magic and communes with Magus to receive prophecies.
