Authorities are hardworking traditionalists, eager to take charge in organizing projects and people. Orderly, rule-abiding, and conscientious, Authorities like to get things done, and tend to go about projects in a systematic, methodical way.

Authorities are the consummate organizers, and want to bring structure to their surroundings. They value predictability and prefer things to proceed in a logical order. When they see a lack of organization, the Authority often takes the initiative to establish processes and guidelines, so that everyone knows what's expected.

 Socially, they are natural leaders, organizing and motivating the party effectively. Their commanding presence often earns the respect and loyalty of allies and NPCs alike. In combat, they are strategic and focused, making rational decisions that maximize the group's chances of success. Their preference for structure and planning makes them excellent adventurers, as they can efficiently manage resources and navigate challenges.

However, the Authority’s strong-willed nature can lead to clashes within the party, especially when others disagree with their authoritative approach. They may overlook creative solutions or be resistant to unconventional ideas, potentially missing out on unique opportunities. For instance, an Authority might dismiss a suggestion from a more impulsive party member, only to later realize it could have provided a valuable advantage in a critical encounter.
