skyrender holds the soul of the last dragon. the wielder can spend a bonus action to change its form into any weapon. the wielder is proficent in whatever form it takes. the weapon also deals the damage of the form it takes. the weapon does and additional 2d6 fire. the wielder may also spend an action to make the weapon sentient. the weapon acts right after the wielder's turn. the soul inside the weapon causes the wielder to have a comfortable body temp at all times.
