Education in Magic

Overview

Arcane Academies (Arcademies) are schools in which people can study magic and earn the necessary certification to practice magic professionally. Usually, public schools include a magic course in their syllabus, but this course is superficial and only touches the basics of magic. With the foundations set by these courses, people can then apply to Arcademies to further hone their abilities. Arcademies generally accept all applicants as long as they have a certified pass in public education for magic, although some esteemed Arcademies aim to train only talented individuals. Further studies of magic can be pursued in Masteries. Unconventional paths of education include monasteries, temples, and churches.
