Orhyllow

A town settled in an alternative universe Northern Wales is haunted by past mistakes and shady deals with creatures not of this realm.   ---   An agreement has stood between the people of Orhyllow and 'The Others' for centuries, perhaps longer if the stories are to be believed, both sides helping the other, both living separately but so interconnected. But now a shifting tide and a strange phenomenon will break the treaty and the Others are coming to take back what is rightfully theirs.   Corruption, cults, fairies and Fred's Fried Fish. A seemingly quiet town hurled into a secret war, a battle between old and new, with no clear wrongs or rights. From spooky old librarians to missing sisters and arranged marriages, someone must uncover all the secrets and set things right if they wish to see any of the life they know again.   ---   Basically just a town/world for the setting of my story. Three kids have to discover truths that they weren't meant to discover, they're betrayed by family, and have to clean up the adults' mess.
