Orden

The world of Orden is a realm of mysterious magic, myriad cultures, and ancient history. Yet it is also a world poised on the brink. Natural disasters assault the landscape. The ground rumbles with earthquakes, tsunamis level cities, fire falls from the heavens and massive storms wrack both The Younger and Elder Realms alike.   The suspicious and paranoid claim that the Gods are exacting retribution for the sins of mankind, others that it is simply the toll of the passage of time, others are content to turn a blind eye to it. Yet it is apparent that Orden is poised on the brink of calamity, of catastrophic change, or perhaps even world-ending disaster.   The destruction sows dissent across Orden's lands. Allegiances are strained and old grievances prevent cooperation between the realms. Ancient and angry things stir in the tenebrous places of this world. Will the gods simply sit idle and allow the world to be purged by this cataclysm? Is there a way for mortal men to stop this calamity?
