Tonttu (Halflings)

The halfling race in the Commonwealth is known as Tonttu.
From the Fourth to Seventh Ages, tonttus were enslaved by the humans of the Commonwealth. They achieved their freedom in the Seventh Era. The social wounds are still relatively fresh between the human and tonttu communities.
